This workshop is designed for personal use and self-development. You will learn a simple B.E.S.T.-based process that supports emotional balance, grounding, greater clarity, and the release of subconscious emotional interference.
Through guided practice, you will develop confidence in self-testing and learn how to apply the process for yourself.
Through practical application and guided experience, you will discover tools that can be easily integrated into everyday life and support you in creating more space for conscious choices, greater alignment, and new possibilities.

Whether you would like to check in with yourself, reduce stress, gain clarity, or support your well-being between sessions, these techniques can become valuable companions in daily life.
While some of these tools may appear simple, learning to use them confidently often requires guidance, practice, and feedback. Over more than 30 years of working with kinesiology and self-testing methods, I have found that people learn most effectively when they can practice in a supportive environment, ask questions, and receive personal guidance along the way.
This workshop is designed to provide exactly that experience.

My Approach
I learned these methods directly from Dr. Sue Morter and Dr. Tom Morter and have integrated them into my work for many years.
My focus is not only on learning techniques, but on helping participants gain confidence in using them in everyday life.
